How do I find or change my client's timezone
You may wonder when your clients will receive push notifications or messages when scheduled in advance. All scheduled messages/notifications will be received at the scheduled time in your client's timezones. Their phones should automatically update their Nudge app with their location, but on the rare occasion that their timezone is not updated correctly, you can always check or change this from the Settings button in your client's profile.
Under the "Client Timezone" section, you'll see what your client's timezone is set for. You can tap into that field to make any adjustments necessary:
