Upload Images and PDFs to Group Message Boards!
Coaches and clients wanting to share additional content with their community can now do so by sharing images and PDF documents to message boards. As a coach, you'll now see a paperclip image next to the text field of your Social tab. Just tap that icon to start sharing!
To give your clients the ability to upload images, you'll see an option when creating a new group with a message board to "Allow clients to post images." Select yes to this prompt so your clients can join in the fun!
If you want to give upload access to existing groups, just tap the Settings button in the top-right corner of any group, select the Social tab, and you should now see the "post images" setting that you can update. Clients can then easily upload images in the Groups tab by tapping the Camera icon next to the text field at the bottom of the page.
Also, keep in mind that as a coach, you have the ability to delete any inapplicable or inappropriate or posts, so if someone posts an image you'd prefer other members of the group not consume, just hover over the post from your coach account, tap the three dots (•••) that appear in the top right corner of the post, tap Delete and confirm your deletion.

Improved view of Program Cards and Tracking!
From a client's profile, you can now view every Program Card that applies to that client regardless of where it's assigned (at an All Client level, from a group, or through the client's Personal Program), so you have a better idea of exactly what the client is seeing in their Daily tab. Same goes for trackers - if trackers are assigned to All Clients or at a group level, it will now be more apparent where those trackers are coming from in the client's Personal Program.
From a client's Personal Program, I see:
In the example above, hovering over the Program Card labeled "ALL" will show you the the Card that is assigned to all of your clients. If you want to make edits to that Card, tap on Settings in the top-right corner of your All Clients list. Changing the Program Card there will apply those changes to ALL of your clients.
In the example above, I've hovered over the Program Card labeled "PERSONAL." This is showing me the Card that I've created for an individual client. I can edit the card from this client's Personal Program.
The same goes for clients' trackers. From a client's Personal Program, I can see all the trackers that are assigned to that client and where they were configured from, so I know where to go to make edits to those trackers:
For example, the "Rate your stress level today..." tracker is labeled "ALL." This means I've configured this tracker in the Settings of my All Clients list. If I want to remove this tracker from a client's Daily tab, I need to remove it from the All Clients list and only turn it on/apply it to the client's that should see it individually.
Same goes for groups: the "Did you eat slow today?" and "Minutes of Meditation" trackers are configured in the settings of a group that I've placed this client in. If I want to edit, remove or sort the order of those two trackers, I will need to go to the Settings in the top-right corner of that group and make those adjustments there.
Personalized trackers can still be adjusted, deleted or sorted from a client's Personal Program.
We hope this update gives you more clarity on what exactly you're clients are seeing in their Nudge apps, and where to navigate to make adjustments to what they're seeing from your coach account.

Program Notes are now Program Cards!
You can edit existing Program Notes by tapping Settings in the top-right corner of your All Clients list or in any existing groups. Or create a new group to assign a new Program Card to clients. You can also create Program Cards for individual clients by tapping Personal Program in the client's profile.
Under the Program Card header, select 'Create a Program Card'. You'll have the option to start with a few templates: Welcome Message, Resources, Book a Call, and Course Link. Select one of these or choose 'Blank' to start from scratch!
Based on the type of template you choose, you'll then be shown an example Program Card with a Headline, some example text, and a button (or several) that hyperlink to outside URLs. From here, you can:
- edit any of these fields by clicking into them and changing the text.
- add additional fields by tapping the "+" sign under the existing Card.
- rearrange the order of all fields by tapping the drag handle next to the field and dragging it into your desired order.
- or delete a field entirely by clicking the garbage icon on the right.
As you make edits, you should see the screen on the right (that looks like a phone screen) update to reflect the edits you're making. This is how the Card will appear in your clients' apps.
To create a Program Card that applies to a subset of clients in a group, tap the "+" sign under the 'My Groups' header in your coach account, give your group a name, and follow the same steps listed above.
