Can my clients book sessions or appointments in Nudge?
We do *not* currently have a booking system built directly into Nudge.
But wait! You CAN still use online booking and scheduling tools seamlessly within Nudge.

A great online booking system is worth its weight in gold.
We strongly recommend signing up for a stand-alone online booking system - and * not* using one that's 'built-in' to a platform that does a bunch of other things.
We know the idea of having 'everything in one place' sounds great, but when software companies try to do everything, they end up doing nothing well. In our experience, this is especially true of booking and scheduling tools.
The best online scheduling platform we've used is Calendly.
It syncs all your calendars and makes booking a painless experience for you AND most importantly for your clients.
How to use online booking tools in Nudge.
Any good online booking platform you use will let you set up a booking link you can share with your clients so they can book a session with you at the time most convenient for them.
Here are a few great ways to share your booking link with clients in the Nudge app.
1. Direct messages ( Messages tab in Nudge for clients app )
To share your booking link with an individual client, click on a client's name in your All Clients list.
On the right side of screen, type your message and hit Send (or click the clock to schedule your message in advance).
2. Group social post ( Groups tab in Nudge for clients app )
To post your booking link for all clients in a group at once, click on a Group you've created in the left-hand navigation in the Nudge web platform.
Click the Social tab at the top, post an announcement with your Calendly link, and hit Send.
3. Program notes headline ( Daily tab in Nudge for clients app )
To post your booking link at the top of the daily tracking tab for all clients in a group, click on a Group you've created in the left-hand navigation in the Nudge web platform.
On the right side of the program designer, click Edit on the app screen, and add your link.
NOTE: Clients do *not* get a PUSH notification to their phone when you update a Program Note. If you want clients to get notified, use one of the above options.
